Viavitna says it does not have enough supported information. It can return a relevant source passage when one exists, but it does not fill the gap with outside model knowledge.
Does our content go to a third-party AI provider?
No third-party AI API is in the answer path. With an owned deployment, the engine, models, content, and questions stay on hardware you control. Hosted service runs on infrastructure operated by us.
